Licensed Aesthetician

Position Overview

We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Licensed Aesthetician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is results-driven, knowledgeable about skin health, and committed to providing an exceptional client experience. You’ll work alongside our providers and medical director, performing a variety of aesthetic services and recommending personalized skincare routines to help clients achieve their glow.

Responsibilities

• Perform facial and body treatments (HydraFacial, chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, etc.)
• Conduct thorough consultations and educate clients on skincare and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
• Support retail sales by recommending appropriate medical-grade skincare products
• Cross-sell and promote additional services, memberships, and packages
• Drive sales through client education and personalized recommendations
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming treatment space
• Stay updated on new treatments, products, and trends in aesthetics
• Collaborate with the CasaGlow team to ensure a seamless client experience

Qualifications

• Valid NY Aesthetician License (required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical spa setting
• Strong knowledge of skincare, ingredients, and treatment protocols
• Certified in Laser treatments (a plus)
• Experience with iS Clinical, SkinBetter and Environ skincare products and protocols (a plus)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Comfortable upselling treatments and promoting memberships
• High sales drive with a passion for client retention and results
• Passionate about growth, continuing education, and teamwork

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
