Channing's Spa is a results-driven, luxury skincare spa dedicated to providing exceptional treatments and personalized client experiences. We are currently seeking an experienced Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team in a professional, supportive, and elevated environment.

This position is ideal for an esthetician who is passionate about skin health, values professionalism, and is committed to delivering high-quality care and client education.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform customized facials and advanced skincare treatments based on individual client needs
• Conduct thorough consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Educate clients on skincare regimens, home care, and professional retail products
• Maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization
• Provide exceptional client service and foster long-term client relationships
• Accurately document services and client notes
• Uphold the standards, policies, and brand values of Channing's Spa

Qualifications

• Current Esthetician License State of IL
• Previous spa or clinical experience required
• Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and protocols
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $16.60 - $50.00 per hour
