What You Bring to the Chair

• 2+ years of experience behind the chair
• A valid Cosmetology License
• Confidence in both cuts and color
• A willingness to learn, grow, and take feedback like a pro
• A commitment to maintaining a positive, inclusive salon vibe

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering great hair services, from cuts and color, with skill and care.
• Listening to your clients and tailoring each experience to their needs
• Using ​​Boulevard or similar software to manage appointments and notes
• Sharing styling tips and product knowledge to help clients maintain their look
• Keeping your station clean and your standards high
• Supporting retail sales with authenticity and intention
