TikTok & Instagram Beauty Content Creator (Part-Time, Unpaid – Founding Creative Opportunity)

Narcissus Beauty is seeking a highly creative and visually driven content creator to join our founding team and help shape the brand’s digital presence.

This is an unpaid, part-time role at the outset, designed for someone who wants to build alongside a growing beauty brand with the potential to transition into a paid, long-term position as the company scales.

We are looking for a creator who understands beauty, aesthetics, and storytelling — and can translate that into high-quality, scroll-stopping content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality TikTok and Instagram content (Reels, short-form video, and visu

al posts)

• Film both on-camera content (yourself applying or showcasing products) and product-focused content (flat lays, aesthetic shots, tutorials)
• Develop visually cohesive, brand-aligned content that reflects Narcissus Beauty’s mythology-driven identity
• Stay current on trends while adapting them to fit a luxury, narrative-focused brand
• Collaborate with the founder on content direction and creative strategy
• Contribute ideas for viral formats, series, and campaign concepts

• Ability to film high-quality video (lighting, composition, editing)
• Comfortable being on camera and creating personal + product-driven content

• Interest in mythology, storytelling, or concept-driven branding is a plus
