Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations/Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience through effective sales techniques and operational support. This position requires a strong understanding of retail operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and support throughout their shopping experience.
• Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products and services that meet customer needs.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and assist in inventory management to ensure product availability.
• Ensure team is set up for success with appropriate stock levels on the salesfloor.
• Perform retail math calculations to assist with pricing, discounts, and promotions effectively.
• Operate cash handling processes efficiently, including cash register operations and transaction processing.
• to educate customers about features and benefits, enhancing their purchasing decisions.
• Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions, returns, and exchanges while ensuring data accuracy.
• Exhibit strong phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or concerns over the phone.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects our brand standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong upselling skills with a proven ability to sell products effectively.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience operating cash registers is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of retail math concepts for pricing and inventory management.
• Experience with is a plus, showcasing the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Proficiency in using POS systems for smooth transaction processing.
